How Students Are Selected

Balance & Gravity Cares Foundation will review eligible applications using consistent selection criteria.

Consideration will be given to:

Financial or personal need
Student's personal statement
Completeness of the application
Potential impact of receiving prom assistance
Available program funding and resources

For our initial program, 1 student will be selected from each High School. Selected students and their parent/guardian will be contacted directly by the foundation.

If selected, a parent or guardian may be asked to complete additional consent forms before the student participates in foundation activities, fittings, photography, or glam services.

Our goal is to create a fair and respectful selection process while starting at a size our foundation can successfully support.
